Uwe Wöhner Leaves Management Board of Grammer AG

Amberg / September 27, 2007 — Uwe Wöhner, 48, a member of the Management
Board of Grammer AG in Amberg, Germany, responsible for the Automotive
product segment and Director of Labor Relations, is stepping down from his
Management Board post with immediate effect by mutual agreement due to
differences of opinion over the company’s medium-term strategic
orientation. In response to this situation, today the Supervisory Board of
Grammer AG appointed Management Board Chairman Dr. Rolf-Dieter Kempis, 54,
to initially act as the head of Automotive and Director of Labor Relations.
Kempis will assume these functions in addition to serving as chairman of
the Management Board of Grammer AG.

Uwe Wöhner joined the Management Board of Grammer AG on April 1, 2001, and
on March 21, 2002 also assumed responsibility for the company’s workforce
as Director of Labor Relations.

The Supervisory and Management Boards thanked Wöhner for his work over the
past years and wished him all the best for the future.
