Grammer AG: Changes in the Board of Management

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Amberg, February 2, 2006 – Heinz-Jürgen Otto (56), Chairman of the Board of Management of Grammer AG, has decided to leave the Board of Management effective March 31, 2006 in order to continue his career outside the company. This decision was fully supported by all involved. The Supervisory Board will not appoint a new Chairman of the Board of Management. Instead, Alois Ponnath, 47, will assume the duties of Spokesman for the Board of Management in addition to his current duties as CFO. The assignments of the rest of the Management Board will not change: Peter Nagel, 58, remains responsible for the Seating Systems segment, and Uwe Wöhner, 46, Director of Labor Relations, remains responsible for the Automotive segment.
