GCC - Postpones Initial Public Offering

Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC" or the "Company"), a leading provider of tonnage

within the Pure Car Truck Carrier ("PCTC") segment, has decided to postpone its

Initial Public Offering (the "IPO") as announced on 1 November 2021. The IPO has

attracted significant interest from investors, but the Company, in consultation

with its financial advisors, has decided not to complete the IPO on the basis of

the prevailing conditions in the primary issue market. Further information will
