Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Gram Car Carriers ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Gram Car Carriers ASA to trading on Oslo Børs.

An exemption is granted from the requirement that a listed company must have been in existence for at least three years, cf. Oslo Rule Book II – Issuer Rules, section 3.1.3.2, cf. section 3.1.3.2 (3). The exemption was granted because the company's business has been in existence for the required time, but has been carried out by other legal entities.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading satisfies the other admission requirements for Oslo Børs.

The President and CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 6th of January 2023.
