Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Oslo, 8 February 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram

Car Carriers ("GCC") earlier today regarding GCC's results for Q4 2023. As set

out in the notice, the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend

in the amount of USD 0.979 per share, in total approximately USD 28.37 million,

equal to approximately NOK 299.41 million, based on GCC's results for the

quarter. The resolution has been made by use of the authorisation granted by the

annual general meeting on 12 May 2023. GCC's annual accounts for 2022 together

with the auditor's statement are available on the company's website,

https://gramcar.com/.

Dividend amount: NOK 10.33 per share, equivalent to approx. USD 0.979 per share

Announced currency: NOK*

Last day including right: 9 February 2024

Ex-date: 12 February 2024

Record date: 13 February 2024

Payment date: On or about 14 February 2024

Date of approval: 7 February 2024

*The NOK equivalent has been based on the USD/NOK FX rate of 10.5490 as of 7

February 2024.

The distribution shall constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
