Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Oslo, 24 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car

Carriers ("GCC") earlier today regarding the board of directors' resolution to

distribute dividends in the amount of USD 0.819 per share, in total

approximately USD 23.74 million, equal to approximately NOK 260.87 million. The

resolution has been made by use of the authorization granted by the annual

general meeting on 12 May 2023. The company's annual accounts for 2023 together

with the auditor's statement are available on GCC's website,

https://gramcar.com/.

Dividend amount: NOK 9.00 per share, equivalent to approx. USD 0.819 per share

Announced currency: NOK*

Last day including right: 25 April 2024

Ex-date: 26 April 2024

Record date: 29 April 2024

Payment date: On or about 2 May 2024

Date of approval: 23 April 2024

*The NOK equivalent has been based on the USD/NOK FX rate of 10.9903 as of 23
