Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car Carriers ("GCC") on

21 April 2023, regarding the board's intention to resolve a distribution of

dividend in the amount of USD 0.22 per share, in total approximately USD 6.56

million, equal to approximately NOK 69.99 million, based on GCC's results for Q1

2023. The resolution has been made by use of the authorization granted by the

annual general meeting on 12 May 2023. The company's annual accounts for 2022

together with the auditor's statement are available on GCC's website,

https://gramcar.com/.

Dividend amount: NOK 2.39 per share, equivalent to approx. USD 0.22 per share

Announced currency: NOK*

Last day including right: 16 May 2023
