Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC")

earlier today regarding the notice of the annual general meeting with inter alia

a proposed resolution on the distribution of a dividend in the amount of the NOK

equivalent of approximately USD 0.036 per share, in total USD 1,040,000.

The dividend, if resolved distributed by the general meeting, will be based on

GCC's interim balance as per 31 March 2022. The interim balance sheet, together

with the auditor's statement, is available on the Company's website,

https://gramcar.com/investor/annual-general-meetings.

Dividend amount: The NOK equivalent of approximately USD 0.036 per share

Announced currency: NOK

Last day including right: 12 May 2022

Ex-date: 13 May 2022

Record date: 16 May 2022

Payment date: On or about 9 June 2022

Date of approval: 12 May 2022

The distribution shall constitute a repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.

The resolution is proposed with a dividend amount stated in NOK and will be paid

in NOK based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Norway on 16:00 CEST on

10 May 2022. GCC will disclose the proposed NOK amount equivalent to

approximately USD 0.036 per share in a separate stock exchange notice prior to

the general meeting.
