Gram Car Carriers ASA: Update on proposed cash dividend

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Gram Car Carriers ASA on 12

August 2022 with key information on the proposed distribution of a cash dividend

and earlier today regarding the Company's results for the second quarter and

first half of 2022.

Based on the Company's results for Q2 2022, the board of directors proposes a

distribution of dividend in the amount of the NOK equivalent of approximately

USD 0.093 per share, in total USD 2.67 million. The NOK equivalent will be

disclosed in a separate stock exchange notice prior to the general meeting on 26

August 2022.

The interim balance sheet as per 30 June 2022 and the auditor's statement are

available on the company's website, https://gramcar.com/.

Subject to the approval by the general meeting, the shares will trade ex

-dividend from and including 29 August 2022.
