Final key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Gram Car Carriers ASA
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC")
on 24 October 2022 with key information on the distribution of a cash dividend
as proposed resolved by the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 8
November 2022.
Based on the company's results for Q3 2022, the board of directors of GCC
proposes a distribution of dividend in the amount of USD 0.11 per share, equal
to NOK 1.1897 per share, and in total approximately USD 3.26 million, equal to
approximately NOK 34.17million. Please see below final key information on the
proposed dividend distribution, including such dividend amount. All dates remain
unchanged.
