Gram Car Carriers ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Gram Car Carriers

ASA ("GCC") on 9 February 2023 (the "Notice") regarding mandatory notifications

of trades by certain primary insiders and close associates, including by AL

Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd. ("AL Maritime"), a close associate of board member

Clivia Breuel and alternate board member Nicolaus Bunnemann. AL Maritime is 100%

owned by Asiatic Lloyd Maritime LLP, which is 100% owned by AL Capital Holding

GmbH & Co. KG., which in turn is controlled by the Bunnemann family.

As set out in the Notice, on 9 February 2023, AL Maritime purchased 291,007

shares in GCC at a price of NOK 144.21 per share. Following the transaction, AL

Maritime owns 2,977,713 shares in GCC, representing approximately 10.17% of the

total number of shares and votes in GCC. Consequently, AL Maritime has exceeded

the 10% threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading

Act. AL Maritime does not hold any rights to shares in GCC.
