Gram Car Carriers ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade by primary insider and close associate

Harald Mathias (Mas) Gram, Head of Projects and IR and primary insider of Gram

Car Carriers ASA (the "Company"), has today, 5 January 2023, acquired 2,000

shares in the Company at an average price of approximately NOK 159.62 per share.

Following the transaction, Mas Gram, together with HM Gram Enterprises Limited,

HM Gram Investments III Limited and HMG AS (all 100% owned by Mas Gram), holds

1,792,496 shares, equivalent to approximately 6.12% of the Company's share

capital.

Furthermore, Ida Gram, a close associate of board member and primary insider

Nils Kristoffer Gram, has today, 5 January 2023, acquired 3,000 shares in the

Company at a price of approximately NOK 156.65 per share. Following the

transaction, Ida Gram holds 6,886 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.02% of

the Company's share capital.
