AL Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd., a close associate of alternate board member and

primary insider Nicolaus Bunnemann, has today, 8 March 2023, acquired 620,725

shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 151.50 per share through a

block transaction. AL Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd. is also considered a close

associate of board member and primary insider Clivia Breuel. Following the

transaction, AL Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd. owns 3,598,438 shares (12.29%) in

Gram Car Carriers ASA.
