* F. Laeisz GmbH, a close associate of the vice chair of the board of directors

and primary insider Nikolaus H. Schües, has today, purchased 35,000 shares in

Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 164.65 per share. Following the

transaction, F. Laeisz GmbH owns 8,234,807 (28.12%) shares in Gram Car Carriers

ASA.
