primary insider Nicolaus Bunnemann, has today, 22 September 2022, purchased

100,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 146.00 per share. AL

Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd. is also considered a close associate of board member

and primary insider Clivia Breuel. Following the transaction, AL Maritime

Holding Pte. Ltd. owns 2,414,581 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA.
