Gram Car Carriers ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by close associate

F. Laeisz GmbH ("F. Laeisz"), a close associate of Nikolaus H. Schües (vice

chair of the board), has today, 9 December 2022, acquired 30,000 shares in Gram

Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 152.50 per share. Following the transaction,

F. Laeisz holds 7,914,229 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA, equivalent to

approximately 27.02% of the company's share capital.
