Following completion of the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares of
Gram Car Carriers ASA (the "Company") by SAS Shipping Agencies Services Sàrl as
announced on 24 July 2024, an extraordinary general meeting of the Company was
held on 1 August 2024.
The minutes from the general meeting are attached to this notice.
