Gram Car Carriers signs TC contracts for Viking Adventure and Viking Coral

Oslo, 20 September 2022: Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC") is pleased to announce

that the company has extended the charter for the panamax vessel Viking

Adventure (6,700 CEU) for five years and the current contract for the midsize

vessel Viking Coral (4,200 CEU) for an additional two-years. The contract

extensions add USD 135.1 million of future revenue to the contract backlog.

The five-year extension for Viking Adventure has an average dayrate of USD

60,000 per day, while the extension for Viking Coral is at USD 35,000 per day.

Georg A. Whist, the CEO of GCC, commented: "We appreciate the trust shown by our

long-term customer as they extend vessel charters. This allows us to build

backlog and long-term earnings visibility in support of our attractive dividend

strategy."

With these extensions, GCC has 25% and 49% revenue days open for 2023 and 2024,

respectively, following the two new contracts.
