The board of directors of Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC") calls for the annual

general meeting to be held on Wednesday, 15 May 2024 at 10:00 CEST.

The notice of the general meeting, including the proposed resolutions and the

proxy form, is attached to this stock exchange notice and will be sent to GCC's

shareholders with known addresses.

Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting by casting their votes in

advance or by granting a proxy to the chair of the board with voting
