Şirketimizin 13.06.2024 tarihinde yapılan Genel Kurul toplantısında, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı gereğince, 2024 yılı hesap dönemi bağımsız denetimini yapmak üzere, ANY PARTNERS BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM A.Ş. ile sözleşme imzalanmasına karar verilmiş ve İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 25.06.2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

During the General Assembly meeting of our company held on June 13, 2024, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and Capital Markets legislation, it was decided to sign a contract with ANY PARTNERS INDEPENDENT AUDIT INC. for the independent audit of the fiscal year 2024. This has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on June 25, 2024.
