Publication of 2013 Annual Report and Accounts

Grainger, the UK's largest quoted residential property owner and manager, announces that its 2013 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report") is available on its website ahead of its Annual General Meeting on 6 February 2014.

The Annual Report can be accessed at www.graingerplc.co.uk, and, along with the form of proxy and notice of Annual General Meeting, will be posted to shareholders before the end of the year.

The Annual Report, form of proxy and notice of Annual General Meeting will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
