Pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan the award, which is in the form of nil cost share options, over 90,615 shares, granted to Peter Couch in February 2010 vested in February 2013.  Peter Couch exercised his options over 90,615 shares on 16 May 2013 and subsequently sold 42,589 shares on 21 May 2013 at 155.5p per share.

Following the above transactions Peter Couch now holds 245,945 shares in the company which represents a holding of 0.06%
