Directorate change

Grainger plc (GRI), the UK's largest listed residential landlord, announces that Nick Jopling will step down from the Board of Grainger at the end of September and will leave the company on 31 December 2017.

His property responsibilities will be passed to Grainger's Directors for Investment and Development and he will not be replaced on the Board. 

Mark Clare, Chairman of Grainger, said "Nick has been a strong advocate of PRS over the last seven years at Grainger and has played an important role in the transformation of the business.  On behalf of the Board I would like to express my gratitude to him for his significant contribution."
