APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

GrainCorp Limited (ASX Code: GNC) advises of the following changes to its Company Secretarial responsibilities.

Mr Andrew Horne has been appointed as Company Secretary for the GrainCorp Limited group with effect from 28 March 2012. Mr Horne has over 18 years’ experience in company secretarial and governance, compliance, risk management, legal and insurance functions in public listed companies across a variety of industries.

Ms Betty Ivanoff, who has filled this vacancy since October 2011, has resigned as Company Secretary of the GrainCorp Limited group with effect from 27 March 2012 but remains with the organisation as Group General Counsel.
