GrainCorp Limited (ASX:GNC) ( Company or GrainCorp ) advises that its next Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 13 February 2025. An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors.

The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of GrainCorp Limited is Tuesday, 31 December 2024, which is 30 business days before the date of a general meeting at which directors may be elected, as provided for in section 11.2(c) of GrainCorp’s constitution.
