Application for a block listing of 500,000 Grafton Units which may be issued under the 1999 Grafton Group Share Scheme (the "Scheme") has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for admission to the official lists and application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange for these Units to be admitted to trading.  These Units will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of entitlements pursuant to the Scheme and will rank pari passu with existing Grafton Units.
