The 2019 Annual Report of Grafton Group plc (the "Company") has been published today and is available to view on the Company's website www.graftonplc.com. It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Annual Report and the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting, to be held on 29 April 2020 at 10.30am, will be posted on or before 6 April 2020 to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.
A Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting will be sent by post to all shareholders on the same date and all documents will be made available on the Company's website.
