2017 Annual Report

The 2017 Annual Report of Grafton Group plc (the "Company") has been published today and is available to view on the Company's website www.graftonplc.com.  It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual Report and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at 10.30am, will be posted on 26 March 2018 to those shareholders who have requested a printed copy.  A Form of Proxy relating to the Annual General Meeting will be sent by post to all shareholders on the same date.
