Acquisition of Allsand Supplies Limited

Grafton Group plc, the builders merchanting and DIY Group with operations in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Allsand Supplies Limited ("Allsands"), a single branch general builders merchanting business located in Larkfield, Kent.  Allsands reported revenue of £6.0 million in the year to 31 March 2015. This bolt-on acquisition enhances market coverage and complements the existing branch network in the South East of England.
