Acquisition of T Brewer & Co Ltd

Grafton Group plc, the builders merchanting and DIY Group with operations in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium, announces that it has completed the acquisition of T Brewer & Co Ltd ("T Brewer"), a London based specialist timber business that trades from three branches in Clapham, Enfield and Amersham. T Brewer, which generated revenue of approximately £14.0 million in 2015, extends coverage of the merchanting market in the London area and provides a further opportunity for the profitable growth of the Group.
