Acquisition of Tools and Fixings Business in the Netherlands Completed

Grafton Group plc ("Grafton"), the Merchanting and DIY Group with operations in the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe, announced on 27 October 2015 that it had signed an agreement to acquire Isero BV, the leading specialist distributor of tools and fixings that trades from 38 branches in the Netherlands.

Grafton is pleased to announce that, following consultation with the Works Council, this transaction has now completed.
