Grafton Group plc advises that with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM held earlier today, 29 April 2020:

·    Mr. Frank van Zanten has retired from the Board;

·    Dr. Rosheen McGuckian has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee; and

·    Mr. Vincent Crowley has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
