Appointment of Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate

Grafton Group plc confirms that the appointment of Mr. Michael Roney as Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chairman and Chairman Designate, announced on 31 March 2016, took effect from 1 May 2016.  Mr. Roney will assume the role of Chairman on 1 January 2017.
