The Company is pleased to announce pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2) that Mr. Frank van Zanten, non-executive director of the Company, has with effect from 1 February 2016 been appointed as a director of Bunzl plc, the FTSE 100 listed international distribution and outsourcing group.  Mr. van Zanten will take up the role of Chief Executive of Bunzl plc on 20 April 2016.
