Results of 2021 Annual General Meeting

Since the declaration of the results of the poll on the resolutions proposed at the 2021 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), the Company has been informed by Euroclear Bank SA/NV ("Euroclear Bank") that there was an overvote on its part on the votes that it submitted for each of the AGM resolutions.  This overvote did not have any effect on the validity of the adoption of each of the AGM resolutions and the outcome of the AGM is therefore unaffected.  With the exception of the increased support for resolution number 3a, the percentage difference in support for each of the resolutions caused by the overvote was not material.  Euroclear Bank has apologised to the Board for the overvote.

We have set out below a revised tabulation of the AGM votes having made the appropriate changes for the overvote. These changes are based solely on the information provided by Euroclear Bank.
