As part of the Reporting Person’s continuing discussions or communications with the Issuer’s management, board of directors and shareholders, and public statements, relating to the Issuer’s upcoming annual meeting, the Reporting Person intends to use a presentation (the “Presentation”). On February 25, 2014, save graftech filed a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in connection with the 2014 annual meeting of the Company.
