The Company elected to make a cash payment of $1.166 million in lieu of issuing 512,000 shares (Payment) in accordance with the terms of the GR Engineering Services Limited 2019 Equity Incentive Plan (Plan) approved by shareholders on 28 November 2019. The Payment will be made on 7 September 2023, and under the terms of the Plan, the Performance Rights automatically lapsed upon the Payment.
