GR ENGINEERING: REVISED DEED OF SETTLEMENT

Further to its ASX announcement dated 13 August 2018, Eastern Goldfields Limited (ASX: EGS) ( Eastern Goldfields or the Company ) provides the following update in relation to the deed of settlement and release with GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) ( GR Engineering ) to settle all claims by GR Engineering arising under or relating to the contract for refurbishment of the Davyhurst processing plant ( Settlement Deed ).

Eastern Goldfields confirms that it has reached agreement with GR Engineering to vary the terms of the Settlement Deed, such that the final instalment of the $8.25 million settlement sum will now be paid on or before 30 November 2018, following Eastern Goldfields having received the necessary shareholder approvals to give effect to the $75 million recapitalisation transaction.
