Lapse of Performance Rights

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) ( Company ) advises that 20,000 Performance Rights have lapsed pursuant to the terms of the GR Engineering Services Limited Equity Incentive Plan ( Plan ).

The Company now has 2,295,000 Performance Rights on issue under the Plan.
