EPC CONTRACT NOTICE OF PREFERRED CONTRACTOR KEYSBROOK MINERAL SANDS PROJECT

• Notice of preferred contractor issued for Keysbrook mineral sands project EPC contract

• EPC contract price of $54.6 million

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) ( GR Engineering or Company ) is pleased to advise that it has been issued with a notice of preferred contractor ( Notice ) by MZI Resources Limited (ASX:MZI) ( MZI ) in relation to the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for the design and construction of the Keysbrook mineral sands project concentrator, associated facilities and the modifications to the nearby mineral separation plant owned by Doral.

The Notice provides for an EPC contract price of $54.6 million. Once finalised, the commencement of work under the EPC contract will remain subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, including MZI completing the financing process for the project.

GR Engineering is pleased to have been selected as preferred contractor to undertake the design and construction of the Keysbrook mineral sands project and looks forward to working with MZI. GR Engineering’s minerals sands experience, coupled with its local presence and expertise leave it well placed to deliver high quality project outcomes.
