Release of Securities Subject to Voluntary Escrow

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) (GR Engineering) advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, that 976,610 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 13 March 2025.

The shares were issued as partial consideration for the acquisition of Paradigm Engineers Pty Ltd on 13 March 2024, and noted in the Appendix 2A released to the ASX on 13 March 2024.
