GR ENGINEERING AWARDED $12 MILLION EPC CONTRACT FOR DEGRUSSA PASTE BACKFILL PLANT
GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) ( GR Engineering ) today announced it had been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract by Sandfire Resources NL (ASX:SFR) for the paste backfill plant at the DeGrussa copper-gold project in Western Australia ( Contract ).
The revenue contribution to GR Engineering from the Contract is approximately $12 million, with the Contract works commencing immediately and due for completion in December 2012.
The works under the Contract include the foundations, structures, mechanical equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls and information management systems for the delivery of a completed operational plant.
