Resignation / Appointment of Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GNG.ASX) ( GR Engineering or Company ) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Joe Totaro as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 16 April 2019. Mr Totaro will join the Company’s Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 July 2019.

GR Engineering is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr Omesh Motiwalla as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 16 April 2019. Mr Motiwalla is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years experience in the mining industry and private practice, including as a Partner at Deloitte in its Corporate Finance team.

With a strong background in financial reporting, corporate finance, audit, compliance and strategic analysis, Mr Motiwalla is well credentialled to deliver a positive contribution to the oversight of GR Engineering’s finance and governance function and the pursuit of its strategic objectives.

In commenting on these changes, GR Engineering’s Managing Director, Mr Geoff Jones said:

“Joe Totaro has been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of GR Engineering since its inception in 2006. We thank him for his dedication and contribution to GR Engineering’s success over that time. We wish Joe well in his retirement from full time employment and are pleased that we retain the benefit of his knowledge and experience as a non-executive director.

We would also like to welcome Omesh as an important member of the Company’s executive team.”

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) is an ASX listed engineering design and construction contractor specialising in fixed price engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry.
