Resignation of Non-Executive Director – Mr Terrence Strapp

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) ( GR Engineering or Company ) announces the resignation of Mr Terrence Strapp as a Director of the Company.

In commenting on Mr Strapp’s resignation, GR Engineering’s Managing Director, Mr Geoff Jones said:

“ Terry has been a non-executive director of GR Engineering for approximately 8 years and we thank him for his valuable contribution to the development of the Company over that time. We wish Terry all the best in his future endeavours. ”

Mr Strapp’s re-election to the GR Engineering board of directors was proposed to be tabled at the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 November 2018 ( AGM ). As a result of Mr Strapp’s resignation, Resolution 3 will be withdrawn from the AGM. This will not impact the proxy form attached to the Notice of AGM that has been dispatched to shareholders or any proxy votes already cast on other resolutions. Shareholders yet to complete and lodge a proxy in relation to the AGM do not need to indicate their voting instruction on Resolution 3.
