RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN – MR JOE RICCIARDO

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) ( GR Engineering ) wishes to announce the retirement of its Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Joe Ricciardo, effective 18 April 2016.

In commenting on Joe Ricciardo’s retirement, Managing Director, Mr Geoff Jones said:

“Many people will be aware that Joe Ricciardo is a founder of GR Engineering and was responsible for bringing together a team of people who remain active in the business and dedicated to ensuring its continued success. I and the Board cannot thank Joe enough for his contribution to the success of the GR Engineering and for his guidance and counsel over the years, initially as Managing Director, then as Executive Chairman and more recently as Non-Executive Chairman.”

Mr Ricciardo is retiring for personal reasons and the Board wish him and his family the very best for the future.

Non-Executive Director, Mr Peter Hood who joined the Board on 10 February 2011 will fill the role of Chairman on an interim basis. The Board has initiated a search for an additional Non-Executive Director and will inform the market upon the appointment of the successful candidate.

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) is an ASX listed engineering design and construction contractor specialising in fixed price engineering design and construction services to the resources and mineral processing industry.
