Notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) (GR Engineering) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1:

• GR Engineering’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, 21 November 2025 at 11 am (AWST).

• An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with GR Engineering’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of GR Engineering is Friday, 10 October 2025. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at GR Engineering’s registered office no later than 5 pm (AWST) on this date.

GR Engineering will provide further details regarding the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting to be issued in due course.
