Annual General Meeting – Important Information
GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) (GR Engineering or the Company) will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 am (AWST) on Wednesday, 22 November 2023 at the Empire Bar Function Room, 220 Great Eastern Highway, Lathlain, Western Australia.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Section 110D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act), the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting to Shareholders unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting or made an election for the purposes of section 110E of the Corporations Act to receive documents from the Company in physical form. The Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/GNG.

Proxy Lodgements
Shareholders who choose to lodge a proxy should follow the instructions on their personalised Proxy Form which must be received by GR Engineering’s share registry, Computershare, by 11 am (AWST) 20 November 2023.
