Annual General Meeting – Important Information
GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) (GR Engineering or the Company) will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 11.00am (AWST) on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 at the Empire Bar Function Room, 220 Great Eastern Highway, Lathlain, Western Australia.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Bill 2021, the Company is not sending hard copies of the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to Shareholders. The Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/GNG.
If you are unable to access any of the important meeting documents online please contact the Company Secretary via email on [email protected].
The Australian government and the WA state government are implementing a wide range of measures to contain or delay the spread of COVID-19. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to make alternative arrangements to those set out in the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting, the Company will notify Shareholders accordingly via the Company’s website at www.gres.com.au and the Company’s ASX Announcement Platform at www.asx.com.au (ASX: GNG).
Proxy Lodgements
Shareholders who choose to lodge a proxy should follow the instructions on their personalised Proxy Form which must be received by GR Engineering’s share registry, Computershare, by 11am (AWST) 22 November 2021.

If you have nominated an email address and have elected to receive electronic communications from the Company, you will also receive an email to your nominated email address with a link to an electronic copy of the important Meeting documents.
