Contents:

TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW" or "Company") announces, further to CurrentReport No. 9/2017 of 11 January, the final amount of the costs of theissue of 600,000 series D bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100and 600,000 series E bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 100,issued under a prospectus approved by the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority on 29 November 2016, hereinafter jointly the "Bonds".Thetotal costs of the issue of the Bonds stood at PLN719,195.92,including:

-cost of preparation and execution of the offering at PLN148,113.38

-cost of preparation of the issue prospectus and cost of advisory at PLN380,443.92

-cost of promotion of the offering at PLN190,638.62

TheCompany paid no underwriting fees because the Company signed nounderwriting contracts.

Thecosts of the Bond offering were recognised as prepayments from the dateof issue of series D bonds (2 January 2017) to the redemption date ofseries D and E bonds (31 January 2022). The Company's costs of theoffering are charged to the Company's financial costs in each of theperiods.

Theaverage cost of the offering per bond with a nominal value of PLN 100was PLN 0.6.

Legalbasis:§ 33.1(12)and (13) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
