(“TGE"), a 100% subsidiary of GPW, has announced an early full repayment of a PLN 60 million loan (“Loan") granted to TGE on 10 March 2017 under a loan agreement by DNB Bank Polska S.A., as announced in Current Report 20/2017 of 10 March 2017.The Loan was fully repaid with TGE’s own funds.Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/82/EC (EU Legal Journal L 173) (“MAR").
